Step into Leith Shawarma and you'll find something increasingly rare: food made properly. Our Syrian chef works alone during the day, preparing everything from scratch — the falafel mixed fresh, the shawarma slow-roasted, the naan baked to order in our tandoor.

This isn't fast food that happens to be quick. It's authentic Arabian cuisine prepared the traditional way, just served when you're ready to eat it. Our Iraqi chef brings his own expertise to the kitchen, and together they've created what customers call "the most delicious shawarma in Edinburgh."
